What I Offer
Welcome! I specialise in bespoke 'back office' support tailored specifically for artists, activists, and social impact organisations.
Navigating the complexities of operations and finance can be overwhelming, but that’s where I come in. With a unique blend of project coordination, research skills, and an artistic flair, I provide the guidance and support you need to enhance your impact without losing your creative spark.
Whether it’s streamlining your processes, managing budgets, or conducting thorough research to support your initiatives, I’m here to empower you and your vision. Let’s turn your passion into progress and ensure your valuable work reaches its full potential!
Ongoing Support
£50/hour
For this, I offer fortnightly, monthly or quarterly meetings. These are to provide a space to focus on your finances and operations. In between meetings I can work on any issues that come up.
One-off support
£300/day
You can commission me to set up a process, support with finances (eg. budgeting, producing a profit and loss) or a piece of research to advise your business strategy.
Bespoke offering
We’ll figure out the cost together
Through an initial consultation we can work together to establish what support you need. It may not fit into either of the options above and that's fine - I develop bespoke packages of support suitable to your budget, timeline and needs.
Additional Services
-
Research & Evaluation
Alongside my operational consultancy services, I have extensive experience in conducting thorough research and detailed evaluations, utilizing both of these valuable tools to effectively inform and shape strategic decision-making.
-
Writing
My primary creative practice revolves around the art of poetry and the intimate act of journalling my thoughts, reflections, and diverse life experiences. This practice not only allows me to express myself but also serves as a therapeutic outlet for the myriad of emotions and stories that swirl within me.
